The approximately 75,300-square-foot clubhouse anchors this shared ground, bringing recreation and gathering into the everyday experience of living here. Retail and food and beverage spaces extend the programme beyond the home.
Architecture and interior design are developed together, connecting the organisation of the estate with the rooms residents inhabit. Across the villas and clubhouse, the design considers how people arrive, spend time together and withdraw into privacy.
The project’s proposition is that residential luxury depends as much on the quality of the shared setting as on the design of each home and its private spaces.
