G House
Where Modernity Meets Heritage: A Family Home for Generations
Typology - Residential - Single & Multi-Unit
Status - Proposed

Imagine a fine dining experience that soars above Dubai’s bustling streets, offering not just incredible views, but a journey through taste and history. Inspired by Peru’s enigmatic Nazca Lines, Nazcaa offers a groundbreaking Nikkei gastronomical experience – a marriage of Peruvian and Japanese flavors – with captivating design.

The G House is a remarkable architectural endeavor that seamlessly intertwines modernity and heritage, crafted to accommodate two generations within one expansive compound. The design juxtaposes a sleek modernist home for the parents with a Spanish-inspired villa for the son, both harmoniously coexisting contemporary elegance and historical charm.

The parents’ residence, in a modern design style, is characterised by clean lines and a minimalist ethos for openness and tranquillity. Its façade, a sophisticated blend of polished stone and metal, invites natural light to cascade through expansive living spaces, creating an atmosphere of understated luxury. Each element is meticulously curated, reflecting a sophisticated yet uncluttered lifestyle.

In contrast, the son’s villa takes inspiration from the rustic elegance of Mediterranean architecture, featuring terracotta roofs and textured stone exteriors that celebrate traditional craftsmanship. The interiors complement the understated opulence, featuring courtyards that elegantly connect indoor and outdoor spaces, creating a celebration of cultural heritage infused with modern living.

Within the premises lies a central courtyard that unifies the two homes, creating a tranquil oasis where family life flourishes. The G House embodies a visionary narrative, honouring individuality with a sense of unity—an architectural homage to the timeless values of love and respect that bind generations together.
