Approached through a lush landscaped court, the entrance reveals a tiered progression of planters, stairs, and pots, culminating at a wooden deck seamlessly integrated with the building’s plinth. This carefully curated pathway introduces a sense of anticipation, guiding visitors into the core of the structure.  

The foyer serves as a visual anchor, opening to interconnected courtyards and living spaces that frame the surrounding environment. Sunlight cascades through expansive vertical openings, softening the rawness of the concrete and brick façade. These materials, while robust, are balanced by the warm, natural elements of wood and greenery.  

The bold geometric form of the design has an undeniable presence that is defined by elegance and intentionality, inviting one to engage with its layers of design.
