Transparency, Unity, Collaboration and Sustainability are the key drivers for this project. Designed to set a landmark, the visual transparency of the building not only provides great views of the Gomti River and acts as a metaphor for Emaar’s transparent and open organization. Allowing the inhabitants’ daily work to benefit from the vertical green solution enveloped within grand arches reflects the arch vocabulary of Lukhnow. This open and flexible environment will adapt to multiple work styles now and in the future. Furthermore, the design is intended to encourage staff interaction, communication, and knowledge sharing. With its dynamic, undulating façade, the building appears different from all angles and conveys a dynamic energy that animates its environment. Its raised podium is designed with a floating canopy providing shade, making it a central hub and an urban plaza. This open and flexible environment will adapt to multiple work styles now and in the future.
