Garden Estate receives Silver recognition at the Houzee Awards 2025

Garden Estate received Silver recognition at the Houzee Awards 2025, presented by Architecture Collection. The project was named Silver Winner in Luxury Housing, Architecture, Professional. The Garden Estate Houzee Award 2025 recognition creates an independent record of the private New Delhi residence. The winning entry is associated with Zafar Choudhary and Monika Choudhary.

A private New Delhi estate organised through landscape

Designed by ZHCollective | Habitat Architects, Garden Estate is structured through courtyards, gardens and axial relationships. Landscape acts as an organising element rather than an applied layer. Built form and open ground are composed together, giving the estate a clear spatial order. Calibrated privacy allows family life to unfold across connected spaces without losing individual retreat. The result is a residential environment shaped by proportion, movement and the experience of landscape over time.

Architecture grounded in judgment

The recognition reflects an approach that begins with the particular conditions of the project. Site, context, inhabitation and long-term use guide the relationship between architecture and garden. Courtyards create pause and orientation, while axial connections establish continuity across the estate. Privacy is resolved through planning and distance, not through separation alone. These decisions give Garden Estate its architectural identity beyond a singular visual style.
